Refund Policy

Eddie Zar sells digital music production products, including downloadable sample packs, audio loops, MIDI files, and related digital assets, as well as printed-to-order merchandise.

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases of successfully delivered digital downloads are generally non-refundable.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using a purchased file, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement download when appropriate.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or were charged in error, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

Defective or corrupted files

If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, please contact us. We may provide a corrected file, replacement download, or refund when appropriate.

Merchandise (printed to order)

Every merch item is printed for your order by our print partner, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or because a different size was ordered. Please check the size details on the product page before you buy.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, email contact@eddiezar.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem and the packaging. We’ll send a free replacement or refund you. You won’t need to send the item back unless we ask.

Need to cancel? Email us right away. Orders that haven’t gone to print can be cancelled for a full refund.
