These terms apply to purchases made through eddiezar.com.

Digital products

Products sold through the store may include downloadable sample packs, audio loops, MIDI files, and other digital music production assets. Product descriptions explain what is included with each purchase.

License and permitted use

Unless a product states otherwise, purchased digital files are licensed to the purchaser for use in their own music productions and creative projects. The original files, packs, or substantially unchanged versions may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded, sublicensed, or made available as standalone downloads.

Orders and payment

Orders are completed when payment is successfully processed. Access to digital downloads may be provided immediately after purchase or through the order confirmation and customer account.

Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to the Refund Policy published on eddiezar.com. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, successfully delivered digital products are generally non-refundable except where a file is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description, or a charge was made in error.

Account and download access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information and for maintaining access to the email address used for purchase. Download availability may be subject to reasonable technical, security, or fraud-prevention controls.

Intellectual property

All original product artwork, audio, MIDI, branding, text, and other materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners except for the license granted with a purchase.
